How It Works
Our Process
At Xposure Modeling, we want every applicant to understand exactly what happens if they are selected. There are no upfront costs for the talent, and every stage is discussed clearly before any commitment is made.
Application Review
The process begins when you submit an application through our website. Our team reviews your photographs, social media profiles, creator accounts, experience, goals, and suitability for the project you selected.
Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview or representation.
Initial Conversation
If we believe you may be a good fit, a member of our team will contact you for an initial video conversation. This gives us an opportunity to learn more about you, discuss your goals, explain the project, and answer your questions.
We will also confirm that you are at least 18 years old before proceeding further.
In-Person Interview
Applicants who advance beyond the initial conversation may be invited to Frankfurt or Budapest for an in-person interview.
You will not be required to surrender your passport or identification, and you remain free to leave the process at any time. Attending an interview does not obligate either you or Xposure Modeling to enter into an agreement.
Selection and Agreement
If you are selected following the in-person interview, we will present you with a written agreement explaining the project, services, responsibilities, revenue structure, contract term, and your rights as an independent creator.
You will be given time to review the agreement and may obtain independent legal advice before signing. No work begins until the agreement has been reviewed and signed by everyone involved.
Creative Development
Once the agreement is in place, we begin creative development. This stage usually takes three to four weeks.
First-Year Partnership
There is no upfront cost to the talent. Xposure Modeling covers the approved initial costs required to develop and launch the project.
The first-year rate reflects the agency's financial investment, creative development, project launch, management, marketing, and ongoing professional support. The exact definition and distribution of project revenue will be clearly stated in the written agreement.
After the First Year
After the first year, the revenue structure changes.
The agency fee is reduced because the initial development and launch costs have already been covered, the brand is established, and the project should be better positioned to support its continuing operations.
Your Choice to Continue
Talent is not required to continue for a second year. At the end of the initial contract term, you may choose to renew the partnership or conclude your relationship with Xposure Modeling in accordance with the written agreement.
Creators who choose not to continue will no longer receive the agency's ongoing management, strategic support, brand development, representation, or assistance securing endorsements and professional opportunities. The agreement will clearly explain what happens to existing accounts, content, branding, revenue, and other project assets when the relationship ends.
Throughout the process, our principle remains the same:
Build Your Brand. Expand Your Xposure. Keep Your Control.
